We announced at our Members Update Meeting Tonight a number of developments including the situation with the server (not good) and our game plan going forward (very good).

The Bullet Point Summary of the Update is as follows:

- We are ABSOLUTELY Committed to providing advertising value and Opportunity, as purchased, for each and every member.

- The Hard Drive from the server and all recovery efforts have been unsuccessful. We are negotiating to explore more extensive recovery efforts but are being stymied by the NOC for the Server Host.

- We plan to relaunch FollowMyDownline. Paid Members will be comped into the relaunched program but will need to re-enter their programs

- We plan to Launch a BRAND NEW program essentially similar to SuccessQUIK-Revenue Magic and will comp in existing paid members.  At launch a “Claims Form” will be available to allow members to request commissions and ad points they believed they had on account at SQ-RM

- ResidualQUIK and TripleQUIKads will also have “essentially similar” program launches. Remember, we can not Re-Launch ResidualQUIK and TripleQUIKads because of the critical lost data, but we WILL do everything possible to make good to our members for their purchase and opportunity.

- We are considering combining the SuccessQUIK-RevenueMagic-ResidualQUIK-MillionQUIK Programs into one Monster Program. We are analyzing this and will be requesting member input.

- All Existing ResidualQUIK Subscriptions will be canceled in the next couple of days.

- All ResidualQUIK Subscriptions made on and after May 24th will be REFUNDED

- The launch of SilverQUIK is being reviewed and we will be in personal touch with all pre-paid SilverQUIK members.

- We will have Live Member Updates:

• Friday, June 1st, 2:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (replay of Today’s Meeting)
• Monday, June 4th, 9:30 p.m. U .S. Eastern Time
• Tuesday, June 5th, 2:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (replay of Monday Meeting)

As many of you are aware the SafeAdZone – Quik Family Sites have been down since Thursday last week.

We have worked diligently to rectify the situation as Allan notes in greater detail in his blog post here

Over the next 48 Hours we expect to make significant progress and will provide our members an update at 9:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 31st in the SAZ-Quik Family Conference Room (Username: Firstname-LastName; Password: multiplestreams)

In the meantime we encourage you to pause or disable advertising for the Quik Family programs as we don’t want you to waste valuable resources. Plus, you should note that ShortQUIK is not currently operational either so you want to stop using those links for the time being.

We SINCERELY apologize for the inconvenience that this server outage has caused and Thank You for Your Patience as we work to rectify the situation.

On May 23rd our server experienced an issue which facilitated a server reboot. Prior to this, the server had been operating fairly smoothly for nearly 250 days without requiring a reboot.

Following this reboot it became apparent that a hard drive issue had arisen and request for this to be investigated was placed with the server management people. (For those are unaware, most hosting companies have their servers hosted in remote data-centers and never physically have access to them. This requires a maintenance level which is undertaken by data-center staff)

This request was not fully investigated, despite repeated requests, for several days. During this period server performance (as you had probably noticed) was extremely poor.

On May 25th the server was rebooted by the DC at which point the drives failed completely.

We are currently going to great expense to have these drives examined in the hope of recovering data, but this is looking unlikely to be successful.

Although backups had been undertaken on a daily basis (perhaps you had noticed a decrease in site performance around the midnight server time period), these backups were only being stored on the server and offsite copies were either not being completed successfully or were corrupt.
